This is a letter I received from a friend I met on the plane on the way to NYC in May. It reaffirms what I already feel about the emotional impact that ZoomAlbums can have on a persons life.
How are you? Things have been very crazy since I met you on the plane. My grandma (the one here that I'm oh so close with) got sick very suddenly and past away. It was fast and furious and with so pain, so I guess it has it's blessings.....but I just miss her so. Anyway, she had a zoomalbum of us with her in the hospital so she could "brag" as she would say. I can't tell you how happy that little book made her. She showed it to the drs., the nurses, the therapists, etc. so I just wanted to say thank you. If you hadn't had such enthusiam for your product I would never have known about it, would not have tried it, and would not have such a nice memory.Anyway, I've forwarded an email from my publisher. I saw it and couldn't help but think of you. Is my publisher trying to be like you or what with the new "photo cover." I still choose zoom.Again, thank you; what seemed like no big deal at the time, turned out to be a something that made a significant difference in a person's life. Have a great day and an even better summer. I'll be emailing you soon to order some more zoom albums!
